      Handling & Preparation


        TO FRY:
        1. Place desired number of shrimp in 350o F. clean oil and fry for approximately 2 1/2-3 minutes, depending on size. 
        2. Remove when golden brown and drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot and crispy. 
        MICROWAVE PREPARATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

        SERVING SUGGESTIONS: 

        1. Be creative! 
        2. Everyone serves fried shrimp with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce and both are great, but try something different with our golden beauties, a combination of mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon juice for a fried "crevettes rose." 
        3. Or soy-ginger sauce for an Oriental touch. 
        4. How about a sweet and tangy mango-chutney sauce or a nice barbecue sauce with chopped onion, peppers and lime juice? 
        5. For a Caribbean flair, try a tamarind-orange sauce or a curry garlic sauce for a Tandoori special. 
        6. Or, serve with a combination butter and Louisiana style hot sauce dip and invent your own "Buffalo Shrimp."
