Teriyaki Shrimp

2 lbs. Sea Harvest Shrimp

1/2 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. sugar
-
1 clove garlic, crushed

1 small piece ginger, crushed

1/4 t. monosodium glutamate
Wash shrimp and remove legs. Butterfly by lengthwise cutting back of each
shrimp through the shell; flatten and remove vein. in a shallow dish combine
remaining ingredients. Place shrimp, shell side up in soy sauce mixture.
Marinate 45 minutes or longer. Place on rack, shell side down. Broil 3
inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and broil 2 minutes longer. Serves
4.
Cajun Shrimp Pizza
1 12" pizza
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
3 oz. red pizza sauce
2 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
2 tsp. crushed garlic
4 oz. shredded cheese (of your choice)
2 oz. (20-21 shrimp) Sea Harvest "Sizzlen
Shrimp"
Preheat oven to 500oF. Rub pizza crust
with vegatable oil and 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning. Add sauce and spread evenly
over pizza crust. Add basil and garlic mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
Season shrimp in a bowl with remaining 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning. Sprinkle
shrimp evenly over top of cheese. Bake approximately 12-25 minutes or until
cheese melts. Shake more Cajun seasoning over top if your want a spicier
flavor.
