From the crystal clear waters of Indonesian lakes, comes our "sprint water polished"TM Tilapia Fillets. Farm raised under optimum conditions in unique floating cages, our Tilapia can only eat the balanced, high quality diet we provide, not feed off the bottom like other pond raised fish. After harvesting, the fish are the "water polished" in 10 acres of cement raceways to provide the finest, freshest flavor you can buy.
At Sea Harvest, we further process these delicious boneless, skinless fillets by vacuum marinating in our lemon-dill seasoning, lightly breaded with our crispy, oriental style Panko bread crumbs and IQF frozen. Simply deep fry at 350oF until golden brown and enjoy the same fish that Jesus fed to the multitudes centuries ago.

So, call or e-mail us or your local distributor today and place your order.
